Add New Course
Adding a new course requires an administrator account with a system role of at least Course creator. This sections details the minimum settings for a newly created course. Additional settings that need to be set before publishing a course will be discussed in a later section.
Create course
A new and empty course can be created with the following steps.
- Log in with your administrator account
- From the left navigation drawer select Site administration
- Click the Courses tab
- Click Add a new course

Provide at least the following settings.
General Value Course full name Course name Course short name Course short name Course visibility Hide
Course format Value Format Edwiser course formats
- Click Save and display
- Click Proceed to course content to add your teaching materials.
